NYC Intergroup is seeking a new Phone Volunteer Coordinator for the Al-Anon Helpline

Responsibilities:
  - Ensures adequate volunteer coverage of the phone answering system & maintains volunteer schedule
  - Provides instructions and training to phone volunteers
  - Attends monthly Board and quarterly Intergroup Representative meetings

Requirements:
- Has internet access and is able to use google sheets to log calls
- Is able to perform the steps to check messages and return calls
- Is able to communicate up-to-date meeting information and basic information about the Al-Anon/Alateen program.
